3D Modelling
Berendsen’s engineering and design capabilities exceed all others. Our Engineering and Design team use the latest 3D modelling software, called Solid Edge, which enables the team to model everything from a single part to a machine assembly consisting of multiple components.
With this modelling process, our team are able to construct an exact representation of the design prior to manufacture. This provides an opportunity to make changes, identify potential errors, improve on complex assemblies and offer customers peace of mind.
As with all business areas, cost reduction is a key area of interest and the advantage of this process is a reduction in design and manufacture time. Our workshop technicians can also program 3D models direct into our CNC machinery.
